Serpentine smile

In the belly of the beast, my heart doth shake.
Consumed in ecstasy.
Willingly ripped and devoured in haste.
It quivers, and sheds oily tears.
That flow into the veins.
Snarling on the skin like snakes.
As I slither in search of safety.
